Returns and refunds
PETRO OLAVI Pirttimaki sells clothing from Mikkeli, Finland. If a garment does not fit or is not what you expected, you can send it back.
Your right of withdrawal
As a consumer in the European Union you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. We extend that period to 30 days from delivery for unworn garments with the original tags attached.
How to return
- Email service@andreacloset.shop with your order number and the item you want to return.
- We reply within one business day with the return address and instructions.
- Send the parcel back within 14 days of telling us, in its original condition and packaging.
Refunds
Once the return is received and checked, we refund the price of the goods to the original payment method within 14 days. The cost of returning a garment is paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged, faulty or missing items
- Damaged on arrival: contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the parcel and the garment.
- Lost in transit: contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date so we can open a claim with the carrier.
- Wrong or faulty item: we cover the return and send a replacement or refund in full.
Order changes
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Write to us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel one; once a parcel is handed to the carrier, the return process above applies.
