Terms of service

These terms apply to every order placed with PETRO OLAVI Pirttimaki through this website. By placing an order you accept them.

Orders and pricing

Prices are shown in US dollars and include the garment only; shipping is calculated at checkout. An order is accepted when we send the confirmation email. If an item is unavailable after an order is placed we contact you and refund that item in full.

Processing and delivery

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and estimated to arrive within 15 business days. Delivery estimates are not guarantees; delays caused by carriers, weather or customs are outside our control.

Sizing, colour and fabric

Measurements and fabric content are given on each product page. Screens display colour differently, so a shade may vary slightly from the photograph. Garments are described as accurately as we can; if a size is unclear, ask us before ordering.

Returns and withdrawal

You may cancel within 14 days of delivery under EU consumer law, and we accept returns of unworn garments with tags within 30 days of delivery. Damaged parcels must be reported within 48 hours and lost parcels within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. Full details are in our Refund Policy.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights under Finnish and EU consumer law. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for a claim is limited to the price paid for the affected goods.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Consumers in the EU may also use the European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform.
